Cindy joined Hope Teams as the Executive Director in January of 2014. She had been a volunteer for a number of years and has participated and led three teams to Kenya. She has great compassion for the children in our projects and the people who work with them. As Hope Teams continues to grow and expand its ministries, Cindy brings strong management skills and relationship building to Hope Teams after 42 years in banking. She has board experience in other non-profits and leadership roles in her church. Cindy's background will assist in the growth and expansion of Hope Teams and its ministries.

Kristina Kihs, Development Director
Kristina joined Hope Teams as the Development Director in April of 2022. She has a passion for kids both locally and in Honduras. Kristina has led teams to Honduras since 2016 and comes to Hope Teams with great experience in short term missions and a love for the country. She leads the youth ministry at her local church and has worked in school finance for the past 17 years. Kristina manages the Child Sponsorship program, helps with fundraising and assists in many other areas.
